Did you know?

Unlike ordinary browsers, search engine spiders do not "view" webpages - they simply "read" the content and click the links. Search engine spiders do not enjoy or appreciate the great design and "cool" images on your webpages.

Content Area
Did you know that just like a visitor would read the content area on your page to figure out what you have to offer, the search engines do too? And what do you think the search engines are looking for when they "read" your webpage? Relevant keyword phrases, of course!
Writing in the Content Area
Writing in the content area of your webpage any relevant keyword phrases are very important if you wish to show up in the search engines. Writing in the content area is very close to being as important as your title tag so make sure you keep reading! By "writing in the content area" we mean the actual text that a visitor to your site would read.
Search Engine Trick
The first "content" search engine trick is to ensure that each page has at least 200 words on it. It can be difficult to fulfil this search engine trick, but the search engines really like it, so you should do your best to increase the amount of copy where you can.
Relevant Keyword
This text should include your most relevant keyword phrases, but should remain logical and readable. This is what the users will actually see, whether human or machine. If the keywords are not on the viewable page, then they should probably not be in any other area of the webpage.
The second search engine trick is therefore to write the most relevant keyword at least 4 times in the content area and the rest of the keywords 2-3 times. Be sure to use phrases that you have used in your other tags (i.e. metas, alt, headings, title, etc.) during the optimization process.
Write more Content
The last content search engine trick is to add additional content pages to your site. For example, how-to articles, tips or tutorials. These types of content pages not only help you in the search engines, but many other sites will link to them too.
